Who we are

AXIS IT is an accounting technology company based at Flat # B4, House # 06, Road # 7, Block # C, Niketon, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean AXIS IT.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the product or service you chose, your message, the time you sent it and your IP address. We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any sensitive personal data on this website.

If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or send you a quotation.
• To keep a record of our conversation with you so the right person can follow up.
• To protect the form from spam and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Cookies

This website sets one session cookie, and only on the contact page. It holds the security question and a token that stops forged submissions, and it is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

The office map on the About and Contact pages is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is covered by WhatsApp’s own policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our business email for as long as they are useful for serving you, and normally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless you become a client and the law requires us to keep records longer.
