Why we exist
Many accounting systems are designed by programmers and then explained to accountants. We work the other way round. Our founder is a qualified accountant who spent years as a finance manager and accounting consultant before building software, and that shapes every screen we ship: vouchers that follow real approval chains, reports that auditors recognise, and year-end closing that does not require a weekend of spreadsheets.
Before AXIS IT, our team spent more than a decade implementing QuickBooks Desktop and Enterprise for local companies, NGOs and factories. Those clients kept asking for things QuickBooks could not do on its own, such as salary sheets that match Bangladesh tax rules, letter of credit tracking, multi-showroom point of sale and cheque printing. We founded AXIS IT in 2023 to build them properly. Those tools grew into AXIS ERP and AXIS HR & Payroll.
Today we support organisations across manufacturing, distribution, retail, trading, services and the non-profit sector, from single-branch companies to groups that consolidate several entities.
What we do
Build our own products
AXIS ERP and AXIS HR & Payroll are designed, developed and maintained in-house, so feature requests reach the people who write the code.
Host and support QuickBooks
We implement QuickBooks Desktop and Enterprise and host it in the cloud, with training, customised reports and integrations.
Develop custom software
Integrations, POS systems, printing tools and reporting automation for businesses whose needs go beyond a packaged product.
Implement and train
Data migration, configuration and hands-on training for finance, stores, HR and management teams.
How we work with clients
Accuracy before features
A report is only useful if it ties back to the ledger. Every transaction in our systems keeps its audit trail, and closed periods can be locked.
Your data stays yours
Backups and restores are in your hands, and if you ever leave our cloud service, your full database is returned at no extra cost.
Local rules, global standards
We handle Bangladesh salary tax, treasury challans and bilingual reporting, while keeping financial statements in formats international auditors and parent companies expect.
